Actually it's from the last (I'm pretty sure it's last) episode of FMA brotherhood. The part where Ed rips out the iron rod thingy from his impale left arm with his his right arm that he got back from Alphonse using alchemy.

. I think I know which part you were talking about though with the opening and I have to say I nearly drew that part at one point because it was very awesome!! :0
